Amberg Engineering Ltd, Switzerland a company of the Amberg Group and one of the world’s leading engineering companies in underground construction, has acquired a majority stake in New Delhi based Infocon Services Pvt Ltd leading BIM, Architecture, Design & MEP service provider serving clients in Indian, Middle East, Europe & Australia.

In close cooperation with the other companies of the Amberg Group, Amberg Engineering Ltd focuses on the challenges of the future such as the use of big data and cloud-based applications, digitalized processes and working methods like BIM, computational design, AI, linked CDE etc.

The global integration of Amberg Group companies & Infocon Services Pvt Ltd will further strengthen digital engineering solutions and leverage innovative services to existing as well as prospective clients

Mr. Ramesh Sharma, will continue to lead Infocon’s operations as CEO and remain minority shareholder.
