High-Speed train Madrid - Galicia
As part of the high-speed railway network in Spain, the section between Cernadilla and Pedralba is one of the critical sections to finalize the railway line from Madrid to Galicia. Amberg participates in the design and site control of the Otero and la Puebla tunnels as well as in the foundations of the viaducts along the track.
The excavation of the tunnels will take place in difficult terrain and below the existing railway line. Another challenge is the construction work in the urban areas of the line.
