Hagerbach Test Gallery is looking for pioneering startups to develop solutions for the visionary idea of living on Mars or other planets. Solutions include those that offer products/services that could make life on Mars possible. Be it solutions for constructing buildings/caverns, energy, air or water management, health & safety, transportation, food production, or communication. The ultimate goal is a self-sustaining habitat based on the principles of a circular economy. The Mars Habitat Challenge is supervised by Venturelab.
Ten selected startups have pitched their startup project in front of a jury of high-ranking industry experts from Hagerbach Test Gallery, AMBERG, IMPLENIA, SIKA, ACO, ELKUCH, ROWA, Mission Earth First (ITACUS, SCAUT, THE HUS, VSH).
The five top ranks (SOHHytec, Mixteresting, LYS Technologies, Open ATS, Swoxid) will present and showcase their startup on July 5, 2022 in a Hybrid Event live-streamed out of the Hagerbach Test Gallery including public voting for the winner. After the live-stream they will present their products in a small exhibition, where you have the chance to get more information and do some networking with the startups and our jury/sponsors.
Interested in learning more about the startup scene? Keynote speaker Nanja Strecker and the experts from Venturelab will be happy to tell you more. Take the unique opportunity to learn more about startups in Switzerland directly from the professionals and be part of the physical event.
