VSH recognised as a research infrastructure of national importance

The Hagerbach Test Gallery (VSH), a member of the Amberg Group, has been recognised by the federal government as a "research infrastructure of national importance". This prestigious award recognises over 50 years of innovation work underground and strengthens the VSH as a leading centre for research and development.

The federal funding enables investment in pioneering projects - from sustainable building materials and hydrogen storage to space research. Researchers from all over the world are invited to utilise the unique infrastructure of the VSH and work with us to find answers to the challenges of the future.
