Project Planner / Project Manager for digital logistics under construction


Your tasks are:

  • Planning, organization and control of logistics services for complex construction projects
  • Creation of logistics concepts, manuals and documentation
  • Contact person for logistical questions with clients
  • Comprehensive monitoring and continuous assessment of the project phases up until completion
  • Visualization of concepts for the submission of quotations as well as cost determination in the framework of quotation calculation
  • Tendering, awarding and contract preparation for Logistics
  • Control and coordination of the project team
  • Contact person for the construction management and control of subcontractors
  • Participation in planning meetings with other project stakeholders
  • Planning of construction site facilities taking into Account functional, technical and economic connections
  • Application and coordination of logistics software on the construction site 
  • Ongoing support of operational projects in terms of preparation and Updating of planning documents 
  • Creation of target/actual comparisons and meaningful reports for the processes of the Construction

Your life backpack is filled with:

  • Successfully completed studies or training in the field of construction (Architecture / Building Engineering / Construction Management)
  • Knowledge in the preparation of construction process planning and / or logistics concepts
  • Good experience in the planning of construction processes / scheduling / tenders
  • In-depth professional experience in logistics and/or logistics coordination
  • Interest in digitization and development of new working methods
  • Open, flexible, creative, innovative
  • Teamwork, assertiveness, the self-employed and committed way of working
  • German Language Skills (Good) and desired English Language Skills (Good)
